ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2004 after building 14 years of experience in sales. That background taught me the importance of strong relationships, consistent effort, and taking ownership of your results - all values that continue to shape how I lead the agency today. I’m a graduate of Lincoln University and a proud dad of three kids, all age 10 and under.
Being involved in our local community is incredibly important to me. I coach my kids’ soccer teams and our agency supports local families and youth through PTA events, the YMCA, youth sports, and high school football sponsorships. We’ve also helped cover unpaid school meal balances because we believe in stepping up where we can make a meaningful difference.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As
Account Associate for Travis Smith - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
