ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I'm excited to have opened my State Farm agency in 2026 and am building a team from the ground up. Before becoming an agent, I spent 30 years in financial services with Jackson National Life, where I developed a passion for coaching, leadership, and helping people achieve their goals. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, snowboarding, and spending time with my family, including my two children and our dogs.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Michael Cardenas - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
