ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As
Account Associate for Jason Dunn - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Make outbound prospecting calls and transfer interested leads to our sales team. Follow up with leads. Get applications and forms signed. Follow up with underwriters on policy requirements so policies issue on time.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Comfortable on the phone and making cold calls. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
