ROLE DESCRIPTION:As Account Associate- State Farm Agent Team Member for Jerrad Ragsdell- State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by closing policies across multiple lines of insurance.
- Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Conduct policy reviews and recommend coverage adjustments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Comfortable engaging in sales conversations.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
