ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2025 and has quickly grown into a team of six. I began my career with State Farm in consulting, and then transitioned into agency ownership. I also bring a unique perspective from being married to a State Farm agent for 20 years, which gave me deep insight into the business from multiple angles.

You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
