Policy Follow-Up
Outbound customer calls
Assisting with light marketing and outreach

Has excellent people and communication skills
Is cheerful, professional, and outgoing
Is a strong multi-tasker and well organized
Is comfortable using computers, Windows, and Microsoft Office
Has good phone skills a big plus!
