Accessory Installer- ALL SHIFTS

Starting Pay based on shift- plus $25 gas giftcard after 30 days worked

Shift Schedule

• 1st shift 6:45am- 2:45pm
  • Mandatory overtime, with possible 10–12 hour shifts
• 2nd shift 2:45pm- 10:45pm
  • Mandatory overtime, with possible 10–12 hour shifts
• 3rd shift: 10:45 PM – 6:45 AM
  • Mandatory overtime, with possible 10–12 hour shifts

What You'll Do

• Install custom vehicle accessories and graphics
• Remove factory parts and install new components
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
• Follow work instructions and customer specifications
• Assist with training other installers

Daily Responsibilities

• Install parts like graphics, bumpers, wiring, splash guards, and remote starts
• Ensure proper torque on bolts and meet technical specs
• Follow daily production schedule (FIFO system)
• Maintain quality and productivity standards
• Tag defective materials and perform final inspections before shipping
• Work safely and report any issues to a supervisor
