The Access to Achievement Specialist supports students with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) by coordinating programs, providing individualized advising and case management, and promoting inclusive campus engagement. The role strengthens academic access, credential attainment, and career readiness through mentoring, referrals, assistive technology integration, and collaboration with faculty and campus partners. It also manages key program operations-including workshops, data tracking, reporting, and the Summer Preparedness Program-to ensure students have the resources, supports, and pathways needed for long‑term educational and employment success.
Min Salary $51,292.31 Mid Salary $57,703.85- We offer a competitive salary package that will be determined based on the candidate's experience level and qualifications related to the job.
