THE WORK:

  • Youll lead the development and execution of change management strategies across construction and life sciences projects, ensuring successful adoption and sustainable outcomes.

  • Youll assess the people, process, and business impacts of change, partnering with cross-functional teams to support smooth transitions and regulatory compliance.

  • Youll collaborate with project leaders, sponsors, and stakeholders to identify risks, barriers to change, and mitigation strategies that drive project success.

  • Youll develop and deliver change management artifacts, including communications, training programs, stakeholder engagement plans, and readiness assessments.

  • Youll integrate change management activities into overall project plans, construction schedules, and key regulatory or operational milestones.

  • Youll build strong relationships with sponsors, business leaders, project managers, change champions, and impacted teams to drive alignment and engagement.

  • Youll facilitate change management training and coaching for project teams, leaders, and stakeholders to strengthen organizational change capabilities.

  • Youll establish and promote consistent change management methodologies, tools, and governance processes across programs and projects.

  • Youll define, track, and report on change adoption metrics, readiness indicators, and business outcomes to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.

  • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

  • With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

$125,000 - $160,000 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
