THE WORK:

  • Youll lead management teams at all levels across large projects and accounts.
  • Youll work with account leadership, client commercial and business stakeholders to understand client needs and priorities.
  • Youll develop staff across multiple projects and accounts taking responsibility for supporting performance management activities.
  • Youll take accountability for identification, escalation and resolution of commercial and contract risks and issues working with leadership to ensure the best outcome for all parties.
  • Youll engage in pre-award sales activities, assist with deal shaping, negotiate commercial and contractual outcomes with sales teams and business leadership, including contract drafting support.
  • Youll be client facing and have a key role in building trusted relationships with client counterparts.
  • Youll be a leader as well as team player, collaborative and persuasive.
  • Youll be able to work well with executives and non-executives.
  • Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

$120,000 - $150,000 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
