HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Your Role:

• Primary liaison between community nursing programs and Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH).
• Fosters strong partnerships and ensures positive experiences for nursing students, faculty members, and clinical groups.
• Identifies and addresses barriers to success.
• Supports the recruitment and hiring of nursing candidates.
• Collaborates with internal teams to enhance the nursing student experience.
• Performs miscellaneous duties.

 

Reports To: Director/Patient Experience (JC: 019001)

 

Supervises: None.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY:

Required Education:Associate degree in hospitality, healthcare, business administration, or a closely related field.

 

Preferred Education: None.

 

Required Experience: Two (2) years of experience working within the academic and/or healthcare fields.

 

Preferred Experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work as a team member.
