Compensation & Benefits:
Financial Package:2-year guarantee, base + RVU production + RVU bonus
Sign-On Incentive: Up to $25,000
8+ Weeks Off: 28 vacation days, 43 sick days, and 13 days of holiday closures annually

Qualifications:
MD or DO
BC/BE in Dermatology
Eligible for Illinois medical license
H-1b transfers and O-1 visas accepted, SIU will support and pay for the transition
