The Department of Academic Connections in the Office of Undergraduate Studies at California State University San Marcos seeks a part-time Peer Educator for the remainder of the AY 26/27.
Peer Educators serve as a student leader within Academic Connections, providing peer-to-peer support, academic coaching, and resource referral services to students experiencing academic challenges, navigating university processes, or facing personal and educational barriers to success. Through individualized support, outreach efforts, workshops, presentations, and drop-in services, Peer Educators help students develop academic success strategies, connect with campus resources, and increase their sense of belonging and engagement at CSUSM.
