Job Description: Function of Position: Reporting to the Director of Learning Support Systems, Academic Coaches for Evening Shifts are professional staff who work with students on one or more evenings from Monday through Thursday between 4 pm - 9 pm to help them to develop effective reading and learning strategies and to become self-regulated learners. The role of the coach is to help the student improve academically by identifying strengths and weaknesses and designing appropriate activities to improve their learning.
