Provide coordinated, student-centered support through proactive, intentional caseload management by monitoring student progress, identifying barriers to success, connecting students with campus and community resources, and collaborating with faculty and support services to promote student retention, well-being, and academic achievement by utilizing the college's early alert system. Provide advising services in the College advising centers and assist Registration and advisement and/or other supervisory personnel in providing prompt assistance to students regarding program requirements and the registration process.
