Salary $42,355 to $54,651 annually/hourly. Compensation will be commensurate upon experience and qualifications.This position is Exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) overtime provisions.

Qualifications
Education:
Applicants must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and at least one year of full-time professional experience in advising college level students or other work in directly assisting students in supporting their educational and developmental needs.
A master's degree, either completed or in progress, in higher education or a related field of study OR two or more years of full-time professional-level higher education experience is preferred.
Experience:
Paraprofessional experience at the graduate level may be counted towards professional-level experience.
Ideal candidates will have direct academic advising experience or experience in a closely related field such as orientation, student transitions, retention programs or academic support.
Special Qualifications:
Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
