Role Purpose
Restore the reliability and performance of industrial motors and related electromechanical equipment through expert rewinding and repair.
Must-Have Background
Prior electric motor winding experience is required.
Core Responsibilities
Read and interpret job cards: confirm job status, work authorizations/limitations, estimates, problem descriptions, and expected serviceability.
Work across simultaneous projects while reviewing work orders and specifications to diagnose issues and plan repairs.
Inspect equipment for electrical malfunctions and physical damage; document findings.
Dismantle and strip unserviceable units; prepare reusable components for winding and verify renewed parts for hidden or structural defects.

Test windings per EASA AR100; reassemble and retest to confirm correct output and operation.
Accurately complete all required paperwork for every job on schedule.

Brazing units (braising units as referenced), dip tanks, VPI systems
Various handheld power and non‑power tools
Safety, Quality, and Housekeeping
Follow all safety procedures at all times; wear appropriate PPE, with emphasis on eye and ear protection.
Maintain a neat, orderly work area as directed by your supervisor.
Support other skilled or non‑skilled tasks as needed.
Knowledge & Skills
Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, machinery, and tools — including design, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Ability to interpret specifications and documentation, troubleshoot effectively, and deliver consistent, high‑quality workmanship.
