Emergency Medicine Physician

• Compensation: Employee status with benefits included for full-time employment (10 shifts/mo.), $270/Hr. + $5/Hr. Pt Satisfaction Incentive; same rate for part-time but without the benefits

• Sovereign Immunity-cannot be sued
• 30K patients per year with 20 hours per day of APP coverage
• EMR is EPowerDoc (Extremely intuitive) with Dragon
• The ED is looking for full-time (12 shifts/month including 2 weekends) or part-time (6 shifts/month including 1 weekend) Physicians
• The providers enjoy sovereign Immunity
• Physicians must be willing to do their fair share of nights
• The hospital has a house that providers can use to stay between shifts.
