    Position Highlights

    • Approximately 50/50 split between liver and kidney transplantation
    • Living donor liver and kidney transplants
    • No donor call
    • Opportunities to develop other clinical niches based on experience and interest
    • Monthly GI fellow and surgery resident rotations on the Liver Transplant Service
    • Clinical FTE negotiable based on prior experience (e.g., grant funding)
    • Faculty appointment with USF Health Morsani College of Medicine.

    Who We're Seeking

    We are seeking a board-certified abdominal transplant surgeon to join our nationally acclaimed transplant team. This hospital-employed position includes a faculty appointment at the University of South Florida (USF) and offers a strong emphasis on clinical excellence, academic engagement, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

    Ideal Candidate

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a multi-organ transplant program
    • Interest in academic medicine and multidisciplinary collaboration
    • Clinical research background preferred but not required
    • Must be board certified and eligible for unrestricted Florida medical licensure.
