We are seeking an Abatement Technician to perform environmental remediation and abatement services, ensure quality and safety on job sites, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow strict safety protocols and processes in a fast-paced environment.
Pay & Perks
- $20 – $26/hour (based on experience & certifications)
- Overtime available (time + a half)

What You’ll Do
- Perform abatement and remediation work (asbestos, mold, lead, biohazard as applicable)
- Set up containment areas and negative air systems
- Remove hazardous materials safely following protocols
- Wear and maintain PPE (respirators, suits, etc.)
- Follow all OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards
- Document jobs with photos, notes, and compliance logs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with physical labor (lifting 50+ lbs)
- Able to work in PPE and controlled environments
- Valid driver’s license
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Abatement certifications preferred (asbestos/lead/mold), but willing to train the right candidate
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm
- Overtime + on-call rotation (extra earning potential)
