Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Therapist
$26–$30/hour · Part-time · In-home

What you'll do:
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes according to individualized treatment plans
- Help children build communication, social, play, and daily living skills through engaging activities
- Implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs under BCBA supervision
- Collect accurate data, complete session notes, and communicate progress with your BCBA
- Build genuine, professional relationships with children and families
Compensation & Growth:
- $26–$30 per hour, based on experience
- Quarterly performance bonuses
What you bring:
- A passion for working with children
- Active RBT certification (Preferred)
- Reliable transportation for in-home sessions
- Fluency in Spanish (Preferred)
