    ABA Paraprofessional / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Connecticut, United States

    Pay: $25.00-$30.00 Hourly | Part-Time | 10–20 Hours/Week |

    Locations: 

    - Southbury, CT - (Both Part-time and full-time positions)

    -Harwinton, Connecticut - (2 part-time positions available)

           At Behavior Stars, we’re dedicated to helping children with autism and developmental needs build meaningful skills and thrive. We’re looking for a Spanish-speaking RBT who is reliable, compassionate, and ready to make a real difference.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or center-based settings
    • Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
    • Accurately collect and record session data (Rethink)
    • Maintain consistency with Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
    • Communicate progress with your BCBA and team
    • Participate in onboarding and ongoing support check-ins

    Requirements:

    • Active RBT certification preferred not required
    • RBT Training and certification paid for by us!
    • Highschool diploma is a must
    • Minimum 6 months experience working with children
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Detail-oriented with data collection and documentation
    • Strong Data entry skills
