Northeast Family Services is seeking an ABA Clinical Trainee to join our growing RI team!

What You’ll Do
Facilitate quality behavioral health services by serving as a liaison between clients and the service providers involved in their treatment
Responsible for supervising, training, and managing direct service staff, as well as maintaining related treatment services and program documentation
Excellent opportunity for individuals pursuing a master’s degree in ABA who want to build their internship experience into a full-time career as a BCBA
Valuable clinical experience that contributes toward the supervised hours required for licensure

Who You Are:
Enrolled in Master’s program, pursuing BCBA credential
Accruing or looking to accrue fieldwork hours toward the BCBA credential
ABA experience
Minimum one year of experience working with children, youth and families
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals -Preferred
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time

Pay: Starting at $43,000 for Full Time
Retention Bonus: $1500 @ 6 months
