Oversees and directs Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, providing clinical supervision to behavior technicians and ensuring high-quality behavioral services for clients. Responsible for program development, staff training, and maintaining compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee implementation of ABA treatment plans
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and behavior technicians
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Train and evaluate staff performance
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
- Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Participate in treatment team meetings and care coordination
- Conduct regular supervision meetings with direct staff
