Momentum is seeking a ABA Case Manager to support our behavior services program. The ABA Case Manager will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities. This position is ideal for individuals actively pursuing Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and seeking meaningful, hands-on clinical experience.

ABA Case Manager Essential Duties:
Supports the supervising BCBA in developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized ABA treatment plans
Conducts skill and behavior assessments and assist with functional behavior assessments (FBAs) under supervision
Collects, analyzes, and maintains accurate behavioral data to evaluate client progress and guide treatment adjustments
Provides supervision, training, and performance feedback to RBTs/behavior therapists; model interventions to ensure treatment fidelity
Collaborates with caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary teams; provide parent/caregiver training as directed
Maintains timely and accurate clinical documentation, session notes, and progress reports
Participates in supervision, team meetings, and professional development activities to support BCBA fieldwork requirements
Ensures compliance with BACB ethical standards and organizational policies
Supports individuals with complex behavioral and/or medical needs; adapt strategies as goals evolve
Responds to behavioral crises as needed and support a safe environment for clients and staff
Promotes client rights, dignity, and person-centered care in all interactions
Performs other duties as assigned
ABA Case Manager Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field; required
Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities using ABA principles; required
Knowledge of behavior analytic concepts, data collection methods, and evidence-based interventions; required
Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining high standards of clinical care
Additional Requirements :
Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record; required
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and engage in active, play-based therapy
Successful completion of background check, TB test, drug screening, and employment eligibility verification
Willingness to participate in disaster preparedness drills and emergency procedures
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Experience conducting assessments and assisting with behavior intervention plans
Experience supervising or mentoring behavior technicians
