    ABA Case Manager
    (BCaBA and Master’s-Level Candidates Welcome)
    Salary: $27.00-$30.00 /per hour (Based on experience)
    Schedule: Full-Time | Part-Time | Flexible Schedule

    About the Role:

    This is a traveling position supporting clients in-homes, in-schools, and community settings across Los Angeles County, with occasional time at our San Dimas clinic.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and support BTs/RBTs
    • Conduct assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.)
    • Develop and update treatment plans
    • Monitor client progress and analyze data
    • Provide parent training and support
    • Collaborate with clinical team

    Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in ABA or related field (preferred)
    • Bachelors Degree with proof of enrollment in Master's Program (acceptable)
    • BCaBA, or pursuing BCBA
    • 2+ years of ABA experience (preferred)
    • Reliable transportation + willingness to travel
    • Strong communication and organization skills

    Ideal Candidate:

    Passionate, reliable, and enjoys working with children and mentoring others. Comfortable in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in applied behavior analysis, or a related field, is required. 
    • Enrollment in or completion of a master's program in ABA, preferred.
