Learning Ladders ABA is looking for a caring, energetic, and dedicated Behavioral Technician to join our team!

PROPOSED SCHEDULE:
Monday–Wednesday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
25 hours per week total
Additional hours and scheduling adjustments available to complete the full 25 hours!
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
Has a high school diploma
Has previous ABA therapy experience
Enjoys working with children
Is energetic, engaging, and encouraging
Is reliable, patient, and compassionate
Is comfortable working in a home with a large dog
Has RBT certification (preferred)
Female RBT preferred due to the client's specific care and privacy needs
YOUR ROLE:
You'll provide individualized, in-home ABA therapy, implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, and help a child build meaningful behavioral, communication, social, and everyday life skills.
