Learning Ladders ABA is looking for an ABA ROCKSTAR to work one-on-one with a child in the comfort of their home!
If you can turn learning into fun, celebrate the tiniest victories like someone just won the lottery , and stay calm when things don't go exactly as planned — YOU MIGHT BE OUR PERFECT MATCH!

Great Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–7:00 PM + Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
25 Hours Per Week: A consistent part-time opportunity!
One-on-One Sessions: Build a meaningful connection and help a child reach important milestones!
Bring Your Creativity: Play, teach, encourage, and make learning exciting!
BCBA Support: Work under professional supervision while growing your ABA skills!
WHO'S OUR IDEAL ROCKSTAR?
High school diploma required
Previous ABA therapy experience required
Experience working with children
Energetic, playful, creative, and engaging
Patient, compassionate, and reliable
RBT certification preferred, but not required
