Setting: In-Home ABA Therapy
Learning Ladders ABA is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly skilled Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide individualized ABA services to a child in Mechanicsville, VA.
We are looking for a confident, patient, and dependable professional who has experience supporting children with a range of needs and is passionate about helping children achieve meaningful progress.
Highly Competitive Compensation – Attractive pay based on experience and qualifications.
Consistent Weekly Hours – 24 hours per week with sessions scheduled after 2:00 PM.
Supportive BCBA Supervision – Work alongside an experienced, empathetic, and dedicated BCBA who provides ongoing clinical guidance.
Meaningful One-on-One Work – Make a direct impact by helping a child strengthen communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills.
Family-Centered Approach – Collaborate with the family and incorporate therapeutic strategies into everyday routines.
Previous ABA therapy experience required
Experience managing challenging behaviors strongly preferred
RBT certification preferred, but not required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong English communication skills
Patient, calm, compassionate, and dependable
Comfortable collaborating with family members in the home environment
Available for afternoon sessions beginning after 2:00 PM
