Now Hiring: Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionist (In-Home & Clinic-Based)

Pay & Schedule

  • $20.25 to $23.00 per hour
  • Part-time role
  • Enjoy a flexible schedule with opportunities to work mornings, afternoons, and early evenings

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma + one of the following:

  • At least one completed college course
  • Currently enrolled in college
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree


  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
  • Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20 to 40mi radius)
  • Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs. while engaging with children

What You'll Do

  • Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you!)
  • Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills 
  • Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services
  • Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress
  • Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child
