Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable APIs and back-end services.
- Build responsive, intuitive, and performant user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices and architectural guidelines.
- Perform thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Participate actively in code reviews to ensure code quality, share knowledge, and foster continuous improvement.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and decision-making processes for new features and system enhancements.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of applications by implementing appropriate measures.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements and innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience developing and deploying web applications from concept to production environments.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern framework like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong expertise in at least one back-end programming language such as Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby, or C#.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL).
- Familiarity with RESTful API design, development, and consumption.
- Solid understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
