SAMGI is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join a collaborative trauma program in Scottsdale, Arizona - 24-hour block scheduling, a structured coverage model, and a surgical team built for consistency and sustainability.

THE POSITION

<\/p>

<\/p>

• Full-time Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon

<\/p>

• 183 shifts annually · 24-hour shifts

<\/p>

• 7-day block scheduling with built-in recovery time between rotations

<\/p>

• High-acuity trauma program · collaborative orthopedic trauma team

<\/p>

• SAMGI operational support - billing, credentialing, and admin handled

<\/p>

WHAT YOU''LL DO

<\/p>

<\/p>

• Operative and non-operative management of orthopedic trauma patients

<\/p>

• Complex fracture care, including pelvic and acetabular injuries

<\/p>

• Trauma call coverage at a high-acuity trauma center

<\/p>

• Perioperative management and post-operative follow-up clinic

<\/p>

• Collaborate with trauma surgery, ICU, emergency medicine, and nursing teams

<\/p>

QUALIFICATIONS

<\/p>

<\/p>

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery

<\/p>

• Fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma required

<\/p>

• Experience with pelvic and acetabular fracture management preferred

<\/p>

• Eligible for Arizona medical licensure

<\/p>

• Ability to obtain and maintain hospital privileges

<\/p>
