RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers, source/screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, maintain ATS data, track metrics, and support TA initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years full-cycle corporate recruiting
Strong sourcing, screening & interviewing
Hiring manager/stakeholder management
ATS & MS 365 experience
Oracle Recruiting Cloud is a plus
AI-enabled recruiting experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
