    Cameo Consulting Group, LLC, a management consulting practice based out of Alexandria, VA, is seeking several qualified and available HR Employee Relations/Benefits professional  to support a current Federal client in Washington, DC. The positions are full-time, long-term in nature, and available upon contract award.

     

    BACKGROUND:

    Employee Benefits in the areas of retirement programs, claim submissions for Workers†Compensation, health/life insurance, and designation of beneficiary forms; and, Payroll Services in the areas of Time and Attendance, salary checks, processing multiple personnel actions, Special Pay actions such as military deposits, court-ordered child support, salary overpayments, leave audits, and Electronic Official Personnel Folders.

     

    TASKS/DUTIES:

    • Day forward scanning of documents into eOPF
    • Working with Vendor to scan and upload backlog documents into eOPF
    • Quality control inspections of eOPF
    • Maintain SF1150 records; (producing, quality checks, correcting and uploading)
    • Request eOPF transfers from losing agency for newly hired transfers
    • Sending eOPF out to gaining agency or NPRC
    • Run eOPF reporting to validate and Quality Control document uploads
    • Run reports data feed reports and correct data feed errors
    • Update, prepare and ensure eOPF is audit ready per regulations for audit by OPM
    • Processing Employment Verifications
    • Processing I-9 (eVerify) information
    • Obtain personnel records for USSS employees from eOPF
    • Working with Inspectors needing access to eOPF for clearances
    • Processing Continuing Service Agreements (CSA) in the NFC System.
    • Maintain and monitor CSA program information and reporting.
    • Download Administrative Billings and Collections (ABCO) bills from NFC.
    • Prepare bills for Payroll Specialists to process
    • Assist with reviewing and releasing manual payments for payroll team for mass actions such as Max-out, Uniform Division Retention, and Cyber payments.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelorâ€s degree preferred
    • 5+ Years as experience
    • Federal agency experience required
    • Previous Public Trust Clearance required
    • In-depth knowledge of a wide range of employee relations issues including but not limited to harassment complaints, discipline, appeals, grievances, performance, awards, worker's compensation, benefits, retirements, and leave.
    • Experience working with organizations that are dynamic because of major program changes or changing concepts of mission and operations due to political or public concern.
    • Possesses excellent writing skills for the purpose of drafting recommendations and various advisory memoranda.

     

    OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Ability to perform administrative tasks
    • Ability to perform a variety of administrative functions
    • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Strong oral and written communications skills
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
    • Shall have experience with computers.
    • Shall have experience and efficiency in word processing and data entry.
    • Shall have experience in gathering data, compiling information, and preparing reports.
    • Shall be able to read, write, speak, and understand English well enough to effectively communicate with customers.
    • Be authorized to work in the United States.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
