Part-Time Opportunity: Accounts Payable Assistant / Contractor
Greater Houston Area | Onsite | Up to 20 hours/week
Im working on a great part-time opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys keeping things moving behind the scenes.
This role will support invoice processing and general AP/administrative activities, including reviewing invoices, verifying documentation, following up on discrepancies, communicating with vendors, and tracking outstanding items.
Prior experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, bookkeeping, or administrative support is a plus, but not required. More importantly, were looking for someone who is reliable, accurate, professional, and comfortable working independently.
This is an ongoing contract opportunity with a consistent part-time schedule in a professional office environment.
