A/P SPECIALIST

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a full-time position based in Hackensack, New Jersey. The role involves managing accounts payable operations, including transitioning automated billing processes and configuring payment workflows within NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Transition automated processes from bill.com to NetSuite internal automated import functionality
• Set up rules to import credit card transactions into NetSuite
• Manage accounts payable operations and vendor payments
• Support the company's online product sales business operations

Qualifications

• Required

• 3 to 5 years of accounts payable experience

• Proficiency with NetSuite or similar financial packages

• Strong Excel skills

• Preferred

• Knowledge of bill.com processes and integration
