Introduction

We are seeking experienced A-Level and B-Level Automotive Technicians in Plano, Texas, with flat-rate pay ranging from $25-$60 per flagged hour based on experience and skill level. This busy, family-oriented repair shop offers consistent workflow, weekly pay, paid training, and opportunities to continue developing your diagnostic and repair skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform automotive maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns appropriate to experience and skill level.

• Service and repair brakes, steering and suspension, air conditioning systems, timing belts, and other vehicle systems.

• Complete thorough Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) using Tekmetric.

• Perform repairs from diagnosis through completion while maintaining quality workmanship.

• Maintain efficient productivity in a high-volume shop environment.

• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

• Collaborate with other technicians to support efficient workflow and quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Professional automotive repair experience at the A-Level or B-Level technician level.

• B-Level candidates should have at least 6 years of professional automotive repair experience and some diagnostic ability.

• A-Level candidates should have advanced diagnostic abilities, proven production history, and the ability to complete repairs from diagnosis through completion.

• Experience with brakes, steering and suspension, air conditioning systems, and timing belts.

• Electrical, drivability, and mechanical diagnostic and repair skills appropriate to experience level.

• Experience performing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) and strong computer skills.

• Professional, organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented with an interest in long-term career growth.

Compensation & Benefits

• B-Level Technician: $25-$37 per flagged hour, based on experience and skill level.

• A-Level Technician: $45-$60 per flagged hour, based on experience and skill level.

• B-Level expected annual earnings: $50,000-$80,000.

• A-Level expected annual earnings: $80,000-$120,000.
