We are currently recruiting for a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse I (LPN I) to work with adults with developmental and related disabilities in a residential program setting in Aberdeen, NJ. The qualified candidate will provide nursing care to group home residents while ensuring the general well-being of each individual served.

Job Responsibilities of an LPN I:

• Responsible for coordinating medical care for the individuals served and providing training to LPNs, DSPs, and the Management team.
• Administers medication and medical treatments as required and completes documentation
• Accompanies individuals to and from medical appointments and activities as needed
• Assists with activities of daily living as needed
• Data entry using Therap (EHR)
• Implements medically prescribed diets and exercise programs
• Completes documentation that is necessary for program operations promptly

Job Requirements:

• A valid NJ State Practical Nurse License
• HS diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver''s license in good standing is required and must be insurable under NJID''s automobile insurance.
• Experience with g-tube feedings
• Experience working with intellectual, developmental, and related disabilities preferred

Position Details:

Location: Aberdeen County: Monmouth

Hours Per Work Week: 40 Weekly Work Schedule: Mon.-Fri. flexible to meet the needs of the program.

Other shifts are available at this location.
