    Location: Muskegon, MI
    Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
    Pay: $25 to $30/hour + Flat Rate Bonus Structure
    Earning Potential: $70,000 to $100,000+

    Key Responsibilities

    • Diagnose electrical, drivability, and engine performance concerns
    • Troubleshoot CAN bus, module communication, and vehicle network issues
    • Interpret wiring diagrams and perform systematic electrical testing
    • Use advanced scan tools and diagnostic equipment to identify root causes
    • Communicate findings with Service Advisors and complete quality repairs
    • Support fellow technicians with advanced diagnostic challenges

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
    • Strong electrical, drivability, and diagnostic skills
    • Experience using modern scan tools and diagnostic equipment
    • Ability to read wiring diagrams and perform logical troubleshooting
    • ASE or Michigan State Certifications required (Brakes, Front End, and Engine Performance minimum)
    • Team oriented with a commitment to continuous learning
