About Redhawk Auto Service

Redhawk Auto Service is seeking experienced A-Level Automotive Technicians for two openings at its Mission Viejo, CA location.

The shop emphasizes advanced diagnostics, quality repairs, clean workflows, and professional development. Technicians work on European and Domestic vehicles ranging from daily drivers to high-end vehicles.

Experienced technicians are supported by Service Advisors and fellow technicians, with opportunities to provide input, mentor developing technicians, and continue advancing their diagnostic skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose advanced drivability and engine performance concerns
• Perform electrical and module-level troubleshooting
• Complete complex automotive mechanical repairs
• Repair brake, steering, and suspension systems
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and senior technicians
• Mentor B-Level and C-Level technicians when desired

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience
• A-Level automotive diagnostic and repair capability
• Ability to diagnose and complete complex repairs independently
• Strong electrical diagnostic skills preferred
• Clean and organized work habits
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Commitment to accurate, high-quality repairs
