About Wrigley’s Garage

Wrigley’s Garage is seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician in Shabbona, IL, offering $35–$50/hour with a hybrid/flexible pay structure and earning potential up to $100,000+. This Monday–Friday position has no weekends and focuses on advanced diagnostics and heavy-line repairs. Technicians have access to advanced diagnostic equipment, technical information, and continued training.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex electrical, drivability, and performance concerns
• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Complete heavy-line engine and mechanical repairs
• Identify root causes and recommend appropriate repairs
• Use Autel and Snap-on diagnostic equipment
• Complete repairs independently while maintaining quality
• Work with Service Advisors and technicians to keep workflow moving

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• A-Level diagnostic and repair ability
• Strong advanced automotive diagnostic skills
• Heavy-line repair experience
• Ability to complete repairs independently
• Electrical diagnostic experience preferred
• ASE Certifications preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• $35–$50/hour
• Hybrid/flexible pay based on experience, skill, and production
