Location: Northglenn, CO
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–5:45 PM
Pay: $50–$75 per flat-rate hour plus bonuses
Pay Schedule: Weekly
Earning Potential: $100,000–$175,000+ annually

Accurate Automotive is hiring an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician for its high-volume, growth-focused shop.

You’ll work on all makes and models, including diesel, with consistent production of 50–60 flagged hours, an average repair order of approximately $1,450, and a 35-hour guarantee during your first 90 days.

The owner and General Manager are in the shop daily, and technicians are not responsible for estimating or ordering parts.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and repair vehicles from start to finish
  • Perform timing chains, lifters, and major removal and replacement work
  • Maintain strong production and efficiency
  • Spend approximately 90% of your time on repairs and 10% on diagnostics

What You Need

  • Seven or more years of independent repair experience
  • Advanced diagnostic and repair skills
  • Experience with all makes and models
  • Valid driver’s license
  • ASE certifications preferred

Shop & Equipment

  • 22 lifts and 22 bays
  • Alignment rack
  • Heated shop with personal cooling units
  • Air conditioning in progress
  • Autel, Zeus, TopDon, and Hunter scanners
