Pioneer Ford Sales, Limited is seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to join our high-performing service department. This role is designed for a seasoned technician with advanced diagnostic expertise who can handle complex repairs independently and consistently deliver top-tier workmanship.

Diagnose and repair advanced mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
Perform complex engine, suspension, steering, and electrical system repairs
Conduct road tests to confirm customer concerns and verify repair accuracy
Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, scan tools, and service equipment
Complete repairs efficiently while meeting Ford and dealership quality standards
Provide detailed documentation of diagnostics and completed repairs
Work independently while supporting the overall success of the service team
Proven experience as an A-Level or Senior Automotive Technician
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across multiple vehicle systems
Automotive technology certification preferred
Ford dealership experience is a plus
Ability to consistently produce high-quality, accurate repairs
Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
High school diploma or equivalent
