A-Level Automotive Service Technician – Transmission Repair

Thornton Chevrolet is looking for an experienced, hardworking Automotive Service Technician who takes pride in being productive and delivering quality repairs.
As a family-owned dealership, we believe success goes both ways. Our goal is to provide technicians with the equipment, support, and opportunities they need to achieve their goals while contributing to the success of our team.
An important part of this position is performing internal transmission repairs. Previous transmission repair experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right experienced technician. Willingness to learn and perform this work is required.

What We're Looking For:
- Experienced automotive technician with strong mechanical and diagnostic repair skills.
- Willingness to take responsibility for internal transmission diagnosis and repairs.
- Motivated, dependable, and able to maintain a productive workflow without compromising quality.
- Ability to perform engine, drivetrain, electrical, and general mechanical repairs.
- GM experience and ASE certifications preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license.
