Pay Type: Flat rate + production bonus

This family-owned independent repair shop has served the Thornton community for more than 30 years. Experienced technicians enjoy a climate-controlled shop, modern diagnostic equipment, consistent workflow, ongoing training, and a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting across multiple makes and models.
  • Diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems and complex drivability concerns.
  • Perform A/C diagnostics and repairs.
  • Complete engine repairs and replacements, including timing belt and water pump replacement.
  • Perform transmission-related repairs and general automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Complete accurate Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs).
  • Deliver high-quality repairs while maintaining efficient workflow and workmanship.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience REQUIRED
  • Strong automotive diagnostic, electrical troubleshooting, and advanced drivability diagnostic skills.
  • Experience performing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs).
  • Ability to diagnose and repair multiple makes and models and work independently.
  • Personal tools required.
  • Independent repair shop experience and ASE certifications preferred.
  • Japanese import experience preferred, including experience with Honda, Acura, Toyota, Lexus, Subaru, Mazda, Kia, and Hyundai.
