What You'll Do:

• Provide pre-award and post-award contract administration support
• Prepare subcontracting agreements on new contracts and task orders
• Track project timelines, budgets, and contract compliance
• Develop invoice summaries and produce client billing for A&E projects
• Process subcontractor billing and expense reports
• Maintain A&E calendars, contacts, and internal schedules
• Coordinate travel arrangements and support proposal production

Must-Have Qualifications:

5+ years of administrative contract and project support experience

3+ years of detailed invoicing/billing experience with heavy Excel usage

Proficient in Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat with advanced formatting skills

Strong written and verbal communication, grammar, and proofreading skills

Government contracting and FAR experience highly preferred

Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Salesforce a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing preferred

CAPM certification a plus
