About C&J Automotive

C&J Automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join its Warminster, PA location. Compensation ranges from $60,000–$100,000 annually, based on skill set and work history.

You'll work in an 8-bay independent repair shop with five lifts and a team that emphasizes quality work, collaboration, and a positive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine appropriate repair needs
• Perform automotive maintenance and mechanical repairs
• Inspect vehicles and identify needed service or repair work
• Complete assigned repairs accurately and efficiently
• Communicate repair findings and additional service needs
• Collaborate with the service team to maintain efficient workflow
• Maintain organized repair documentation

Qualifications

• Automotive diagnostic, maintenance, and repair experience
• A-Level or B-Level automotive technician experience
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Ability to complete repairs accurately and efficiently
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented automotive shop
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• ASE Certifications may be considered when evaluating skill level and compensation
