Required Skills
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Preferred Skills
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience
Description:
"Prepares and delivers informative, well-organized presentations and project status reviews to stakeholders including process owners, customers and stakeholders
Coordinates and oversees the work of multiple Business Analysts for large, complex projects.
Focuses on solving conflict; maintains confidentiality; listens to others without interrupting; keeps emotions under control; remains open to others' ideas and tries new things

Strong customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
