IT Technician – Manufacturing Support

Our client is seeking an IT Technician to provide hands-on technical support within our manufacturing environment. This position will focus on maintaining reliable connectivity and supporting the technology used throughout production and plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and support production printers, label printers, barcode scanners, and other shop-floor devices.
• Diagnose network and connectivity issues affecting production equipment and workstations.
• Install, configure, and replace PCs, printers, scanners, and related hardware.
• Support Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and basic network connectivity throughout the facility.
• Respond quickly to production-related IT issues to minimize downtime.
• Provide basic Windows, Microsoft 365, and user account support.
• Coordinate with internal and external IT resources when issues require escalation.
• Maintain documentation of equipment, configurations, and recurring issues.

Qualifications: 2+ years of IT support or help desk experience preferred. Experience supporting technology in a manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable. Candidates should have strong troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of Windows PCs, printers, scanners, and basic networking.
