À propos du rôle

À titre de Principal(e), gestion de la transformation, vous jouerez un rôle de premier plan dans l'exécution de transformations complexes pour nos clients canadiens. Vous contribuerez à générer des résultats d'affaires durables en orchestrant les dimensions humaines, opérationnelles et technologiques du changement, tout en soutenant la croissance de la pratique Transformation Design & Leadership (TDL) de Slalom au Canada.

Vous aiderez les organisations à repenser leurs façons de créer de la valeur en définissant, dirigeant et exécutant des programmes de transformation intégrés qui touchent les personnes, les processus et les technologies.

Ce que vous ferez

• Collaborer avec les dirigeants et les commanditaires exécutifs afin de concevoir des programmes alignés sur les objectifs stratégiques et le contexte organisationnel du client.
• Traduire les ambitions liées au cloud, aux données et à l'intelligence artificielle en programmes de transformation structurés et réalisables.
• Animer des ateliers collaboratifs visant à définir la portée, les résultats attendus, les indicateurs de succès et l'approche de livraison.
• Établir des modèles de gouvernance et de livraison adaptés au niveau de maturité et à la capacité de changement de chaque organisation.
• Agir à titre de conseiller(ère) de confiance et de responsable de la réalisation de programmes de transformation complexes.
• Coordonner plusieurs chantiers de travail couvrant la technologie, les données, l'intelligence artificielle, la gestion du changement et l'adoption organisationnelle.
• Veiller à ce que les investissements liés au cloud et à l'intelligence artificielle produisent des résultats d'affaires mesurables et durables.
• Participer à l'évolution des offres de services, des méthodologies et des accélérateurs de transformation de Slalom.

Ce que vous apportez

• Plus de 7 ans d'expérience en consultation, gestion de programmes ou leadership de transformation.
• Expérience démontrée dans la gestion de programmes de transformation liés au cloud, aux données ou à l'intelligence artificielle.
• Solide compréhension des concepts liés au cloud et à l'IA et de leurs impacts organisationnels.
• Expérience en gestion du changement, mobilisation des parties prenantes et adoption organisationnelle.
• Excellentes compétences en communication exécutive, en animation et en influence.
• Capacité à gérer la complexité et à obtenir des résultats dans des environnements en évolution constante.

Hybride/Au Bureau: Nous travaillons dans un environnement hybride mais il est possible que vous ayez à collaborer en personne si votre chef d'équipe le requiert.

Slalom s'engage à maintenir des pratiques de rémunération justes et équitables. Pour ce poste, le salaire de base annuel prévu se situe entre 118 000 $ et 168 000 $. De plus, une prime discrétionnaire pouvant atteindre 12 % du salaire de base pourrait être versée en fonction du rendement individuel et de la performance globale de l'entreprise. La rémunération réelle sera établie en fonction des compétences, de l'expérience, des qualifications et d'autres facteurs pertinents propres à chaque personne.

Principal, Transformation Management (Bilingual - English/French*) (Vacant Role)

As a Principal Transformation Manager at Slalom, you will play a critical role in leading the execution of complex transformations for our Canadian clients. You will shape outcomes by orchestrating people, process, and technology change-while contributing to the growth and maturity of Slalom's Transformation Design & Leadership (TDL) practice in Canada.You will help organizations fundamentally change and optimize how they deliver value by defining, managing, and executing multifaceted people-process-technology journeys in response to opportunity and disruption, both external and internal. You will work closely with Transformation Architects, Cloud and AI technologists, change leaders, and client executives to ensure transformations are well-governed, adopted, and delivered with measurable impact-particularly in the context of modern technology disruption.

So, what will I do?

Design and Lead Client-Centric Transformation Programs

• Design transformation programs with clients, partnering with executives and transformation sponsors to shape programs that are grounded in their strategic objectives, organizational context, and constraints.
• Translate client ambitions related to Cloud and AI disruption into structured, executable transformation programs that integrate people, process, and technology change.
• Facilitate collaborative design sessions to define transformation scope, outcomes, success measures, and delivery approach, ensuring shared ownership between Slalom and client leaders.
• Design transformation programs that balance speed, risk, adoption, and value realization, tailoring governance, cadence, and delivery models to the client's maturity and change capacity.

Lead and Orchestrate Large Transformations

• Serve as a Transformation Manager and trusted advisor, accountable for driving the execution of large-scale Cloud-and AI-enabled transformation programs.
• Manage complex, multi-workstream transformations that span technical program design, Cloud, Data and AI enablement, transformation execution, organizational readiness, and adoption.
• Ensure Cloud and AI initiatives move from experimentation to enterprise-scale, value-driven delivery, with clear milestones, outcomes, and accountability.
• Support the operationalization of AI Offices, Cloud Centres of Excellence (CCoEs), and transformation governance models.

Execute Integrated People-Process-Technology Journeys

• Translate transformation strategy and operating model intent into executable roadmaps, plans, and delivery structures.
• Coordinate across business, technology, Cloud, AI, and change teams to ensure workstreams remain aligned and interdependent impacts are actively managed.
• Drive execution of Cloud- and AI-enabled use cases, ensuring alignment to enterprise priorities, readiness, and measurable business outcomes.
• Manage dependencies across enterprise architecture evolution, platform adoption, and organizational change without owning solution design.

Grow Slalom's Transformation Capability

• Contribute to the evolution of Slalom's Cloud and AI transformation management offerings, including playbooks, templates, and accelerators.
• Mentor and coach consultants across TDL and partner teams, building strength in transformation management, change execution, and Cloud & AI fluency.
• Support proposal development by shaping credible, executable transformation approaches grounded in delivery experience.

And, what will I bring?

To be successful as a Principal within TDL's Transformation Management capability, you will bring:

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, program management, or transformation leadership roles delivering enterprise-scale business and technology change.
• Proven experience managing Cloud- and AI-enabled transformation programs, including adoption, governance, and organizational change.
• Strong working fluency in Cloud and AI concepts, enabling you to manage technical workstreams, challenge assumptions, and support informed decision-making (without being the solution architect).
• Demonstrated strength in transformation execution, particularly across:
• Change management planning and delivery
• Learning and development coordination
• Workforce readiness and adoption enablement
• Experience leading multi-capability, cross-functional programs, aligning business leaders, technologists, and AI practitioners
• Ability to manage complex dependencies across people, process, and technology in evolving enterprise environments.
• Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate delivery progress and risks into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience operating in ambiguity, influencing without authority, and maintaining delivery discipline across long-running transformations.

Additional Information

This role emphasizes transformation execution and orchestration, not solution architecture or engineering delivery. Success is defined by the ability to manage complexity, enable adoption, and ensure Cloud and AI investments deliver sustained business value.

Exposure to modern Cloud and AI ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, enterprise AI platforms) is beneficial to support effective collaboration and informed program leadership.

Hybrid/In office: We are hybrid but there are expectations that if your team leader or client requires you onsite that you are able to meet those expectations/requirements

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the expected base salary pay range is $118,000 to $168,000. In addition, there is potential for a 12% discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation will depend upon individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
